2019-2020 SEASON SCHEDULE
Linton Chamber Music’s extraordinary concerts are performed in two warm and intimate settings. The Sunday afternoon Linton Chamber Music Series takes place at the historic First Unitarian Church just north of downtown Cincinnati, and the Monday evening Encore! Linton Series is held in the suburan location of Loveland at Congregation Beth Adam.

[This program has been changed from what was originally announced. Mr. Tomer Gewirtzman is pursuing other creative endeavors in his native Israel, and will therefore not be available for performances in the US this season.]

Jaime Laredo and Sharon Robinson celebrate musical friendships by performing with current and former Cleveland Orchestra members, Franklin Cohen, Stephen Rose, Lynne Ramsey, and Jeanne Preucil Rose. This program features a Mozart String Quintet and the beloved Clarinet Quintet by Brahms.

Season Finale
May 10 & 11, 2020
Incredible stars of the chamber music world, Benjamin Hochman, Danbi Um, James Thompson, Matthew Lipman, and Edward Arron will join forces in Cincinnati to close the 2019-20 season. The program features works by Mozart and Enescu and a tour de force piano quintet by Franck.

Schubert’s Beloved “Trout” Quintet

Artistic Directors Sharon Robinson and Jaime Laredo kick off their 10th Anniversary season with a program that features Schubert’s beloved Trout Quintet with esteemed artists and colleagues, pianist, Joseph Kalichstein, violist, Nokuthula Ngwenyama, and bassist Owen Lee.

Founder’s Birthday Celebration
November 3 & 4, 2019
Celebrate the 90th birthday of Linton’s founder, Dick Waller, with chamber music masterpieces for winds. Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra principals Christopher Pell and Ilya Finkelshteyn join pianist Orli Shaham for Brahms’s Clarinet Trio. The celebration wraps up with Mozart’s Quintet for Piano and Winds featuring Shaham and Pell along with Dwight Parry, William Winstead, and Elizabeth Freimuth.
